Yes. All devices are brand new. At the end of the subscription period we hand used devices over to trade-in partners, so your team never has to work with outdated equipment again - a real value-add for staff, and for your finance and procurement teams too.
You'll receive your devices in the usual way from our partner. Hardware ships as soon as it's available, normally within a few days. Any questions, your sales agent is listed on the topi website right next to your order.

At the end of your rental term, you have three options:
1. Upgrade: Get a new device, and send your old one back.
2. Buyout: You buy the device at a fair price.
3. Terminate and Return: You complete your contract term and return the device.
But don't worry, we will let you know well before the end of your contract so that you can make the right decision for you and your employees. There are no automatic contract extensions at the end of the term.
You can end the rental before the agreed-upon term, but it is subject to an early termination fee.
